Over 30 years ago, our founder and CEO, Kulwinder Singh, embarked on his journey of entrepreneurship. During his early endeavors, Mr. Singh found opportunity in every situation, especially if the circumstances did not appear to be favorable.
In time, he developed his experiences into a business strategy which allowed him to start multiple successful businesses in fields ranging from tech, to real estate, to telecommunications. Building on his years of experience, Mr. Singh launched Five Rivers Capital with the idea that real estate investments shouldn’t leave you feeling insecure and wondering about the future. Investments should be sound, all-weather assets which provide stable and consistent growth.
We at Five Rivers Capital are excited to see what the future holds. The principles that Mr. Singh has established will allow us to grow our real estate and tech holdings at a steady rate, allowing for consistent returns on investment, no matter what cycle the economy is in. We are currently vetting properties to add to our portfolio and we’re looking forward to sharing our new addition soon.
